Project | H-E-B Headquarters Dwyer Garage & Bridge
The Dwyer Garage is a post-tension, cast-in-place, concrete parking garage for H-E-B’s headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. The six-level, 744 space parking garage designed by Ford Powell & Carson Architects and built by Whiting-Turner Construction, totals 281,220 SF, and the exterior features roof canopies, decorative louvers and screens. Construction Specialties Vert A Cade 301 Screenwall System was used on the Garage and Bridge Tower along with the 12″ Airfoil Blade running Horizontal on the Bridge Exterior. The steel, open-air pedestrian bridge crosses over the street on the third level.
